No More Back Pain What Would Cause Pain In The Mid Left Hand Side Of My Back. Not Continuous But Hurts More When I Breath Deep?

What would cause pain in the mid left hand side of my back. Not continuous but hurts more when I breath deep? - no more back pain

I'm on a strict low-fat diet low in carbohydrates and weight train 5 times a week. It feels like a muscle strain or tension. In fact, the pain came in my day off. I think the kidneys are lower, but not sure.

What we live is called pleural pain, which means that the intensity of pain is primarily associated with respiration. There are a variety of causes, including infections diagnosed, which could be the culprit. The fact that pain in breathing means that you may not be connected to kidneys. Consult a doctor as soon as possible. All the advice I get here just going to be wild guesses.
