My husband thinks it is a song written by Cy Coleman with the title "Playboy Theme". The song was also used as the theme for two shows in the evening has Playboy in the 60 to 70 years and almost any program on Playboy.
Coleman is a prolific composer who has also done some shows on Broadway. Google if you want to know more about him.
